Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $75, otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Overnight Shipping: Next business day — Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Contact us to confirm availability for your area.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package in real time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@hypeletics.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: worn apparel, opened equipment, customized or personalized products, and clearance/final-sale items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@hypeletics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and your prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming approval. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return your original item and place a new order for the correct product. We'll expedite processing on your new order as a courtesy.
