Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at support@hypeletics.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I exchange an item?

For exchanges, simply return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the correct item. We process exchanges the same day we receive your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Products

Are your products officially licensed?

Hypeletics carries a mix of officially licensed fan gear and high-quality sport equipment. Products that are officially licensed will indicate this in the product title or description.

What sizes do you carry?

Size availability varies by product. All available sizes are shown on each product page. If you're unsure about sizing, our descriptions include sizing guides and fit notes.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes — we restock popular items regularly. If something you want is sold out, check back within 1–2 weeks or email us at support@hypeletics.com and we'll notify you when it's back in stock.
